We are actively seeking a highly experienced and results driven Senior Area or Regional, Commercial Accounts Manager to join our growing team in the Healthcare Nutrition sector. If you are a strategic leader with a strong background in healthcare sales, key stakeholder relationships with C-Suite executives, possess national level experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative sales environment, we want to hear from you. This is a KEY role, and a newly created position. Key Responsibilities Territory Management: Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to lead the National strategy Lead the execution and sales strategy working closely with internal sales teams Co create annual plans with key strategy stakeholders, translating them into clear focus areas and objectives KPI's for the field team. Customer Focus: Proven experience partnering with Hospital C-Suite Executives in sales focused environments, consistently demonstrated over the past 5 years Understand the national customer landscape and identify business opportunities accordingly Have an in depth understanding of patient groups and managing healthcare professionals, and strong sales acumen Work with the commercial team to build on external insights and data for clear recommendations on field force activations Build relationships and strategic partnerships with national key stakeholders within healthcare Healthcare Market: Identify and analyse opportunities, issues, and strategies at the national level and be convincing in strategic partnerships Understand national and state funding models, including PBS, NDIS, and state health budgets Required Background: Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Health related disciplines. Experience:Minimum 5 years sales experience in Hospital National Account Management selling to C-Suite executives. Commercial strategic acumen demonstrated through numeracy and data analysis. Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Strong communcation, interpersonal and presentation skills. Range of channel and customer experiences, ability to manage complex situations and a wide range of stakeholders.
